On January 2, 2009 La Belle Rosette Coffee Shop opened for business in the narrowest coffee shop west of the Mississippi*! Even at 7½feet wide, we pack in an incredible amount of warmth and hospitality and have a full menu of coffee and espresso drinks, breakfast and lunch items and a selection of deserts and pastries to satisfy any sweet tooth. In August 2012 we opened our second location across the street from the University of Denver and in February 2014 we started serving lovely wines and superior beers in the evening, along with yummy tapas. The Gilsdorf family is delighted to have made so many friends in the Wash Park and DU neighborhoods. Our grandmothers, Mae Rose and Jeanette, are the inspiration for our name. We hope our coffee houses will be as warm and inviting to you as their homes were to their friends and neighbors.
