The Gilsdorf family is delighted to have made so many friends in the DU neighborhood. Our grandmothers, Mae Rose and Jeanette, are the inspiration for our name. We hope our coffee house will be as warm and inviting to you as their homes were to their friends and neighbors.

Our brother, Scott, is owner-operator. He has lived in the Denver area since 1991, has over twenty years of food service experience and is also a certified wine sommelier. Scott specializes in pastries and desserts and is looking forward to sharing his creations with you!

Everything we provide is made with the freshest ingredients producing food of unsurpassed flavor!

Fresh baked pastries include muffins, croissants, gluten free scones, cinnamon rolls (available gluten free also), quick breads and fruit filled turnovers. We bake delicious desserts in house including biscotti, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, spiced sandwich cookies, and gluten free lemon bars. We can provide plain and everything bagels. Our homemade breakfast burritos are second to none and are available with sausage, bacon, or chorizo or vegetarian. All are made with fresh eggs, cheese, hashbrown potatoes, vegetarian green chili, and flour tortillas.

Coffee and Tea from Vail Mountain Roasters and an assortment of juices are sure to please everybody. Be sure to ask about Citronique - our own infused lemonades for a unique, refreshing change of pace.

We also know that food should not only taste good, it should look good. All of our food is presented beautifully and your guests won't be able to resist digging in.
